 We can customise our measures to suit your own take off preferences. Whether you prefer the total number of columns, or face m2, or both, we will adjust our measure to suit your needs. . We pride ourselves on our communication and flexibility, if you have a break down preference you would like, let us know and we will accommodate your needs. 

  Our primary estimator is also a qualified formworker with years of onsite experience. We offer a more personalised approach and can bring to your attention certain areas of the job that will require additional time/material/skill that a typical estimator would overlook during the measure. We provide a full detailed bill of quantities in Excel format so you can easily add your own rates. With each measure we provide a detailed PDF plan mark up with your company logo illustrating each measured item.
